Our projects range from alterations and additions, renovations, custom homes, multi units developments and commercial developments. We work closely with other relevant Consultants to ensure that each project is handled with the utmost professionalism and within the set budget.

We will prepare all necessary documentation for your town planning application including managing the project from start until Council issues a decision.

Building Permit Application

We will prepare detailed set of drawings for a building permit to be issued.
This stage includes liaising with other Consultants such as Engineer, Energy Assessor etc...

About Us

John Richard is a Registered Building Designer with over 15 years of experience in the architectural and building design industry. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, developing extensive experience in responding to complex site conditions, planning requirements and design challenges.
 
His approach combines technical knowledge, practical experience and a strong commitment to considered design outcomes. John believes that successful architecture should not only respond to its context and purpose, but also create spaces that enhance the way people live, work and connect.
 
As both a Building Designer and a musician, John finds a natural connection between architecture and music:
